An international team of experts in sustainable mobility and automotive industry.
Eric Noziere - CEO
Before launching EnAdvance in 2014, Eric spent more than 10 years with Nissan Motor Company in the USA, Canada, and Japan and 5 years with General Motors. Over the years, Eric has developed a profound understanding of the global automotive industry, sustainable mobility, and clean energies.
As Vice President of Corporate Planning & Programs at Nissan Americas, he led the U.S. introduction of the Nissan LEAF in 2010-11, the first electric vehicle to be mass marketed.
He saw an opportunity to launch EnAdvance to help small and mid-size companies (SMEs) select their fleet, understanding that nobody else was offering such optimization services. He has developed a unique proprietary platform that makes vehicle selection easy and hassle free for the SMEs, generating big cost savings and getting the right choices to fulfill their fleet needs.
Managing the Nissan North American Programs gave him a prime understanding of what the vehicles in the region have to offer and how they fare globally, as well as the latest trends in alternative fuel vehicles. From 2006 to 2008, while based in Tokyo, Eric was responsible for the strategy and partnerships of Nissan’s Light Commercial Vehicles division worldwide. Prior to that, with General Motors in New York City and San Francisco, in the early 2000’s, he developed B2B Internet business models for e-GM, including work with the newly launched eBay Motors. In his early career, Eric worked for Cegelec, an engineering firm that was part of the Alcatel-Alstom conglomerate. He managed multinational hydro-power plant projects, with assignments in France and Brazil.
Eric has an MBA from Columbia University in New York City, and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from the Ecole Supérieure d'Electricité in Paris.
